You can still access and manage your orders or subscriptions even if you haven’t created a password.

Simply go to the login page and enter the email address you originally used when placing the order. Choose the sign-in option that suits you best:

Email: Enter the one-time code sent to your email address. You will always access this first unless you set a password or verified your phone when you checked out.

SMS: Enter the one-time code sent to your verified mobile number.

Password: Enter the password you set up.

To enable SMS sign-in:

• Log in to your account.
• Enter the mobile number you want to use.
• Enter the one-time code texted to you to verify it.

Please note: Mobile verification is required to use SMS sign-in, but it is not mandatory. You can continue to access your account using a one-time passcode sent to your email address.
