You can still access and manage your orders or subscriptions even if you haven’t created a password.

Simply go to the login page and enter the email address you originally used when placing the order. After clicking “Log In”, you’ll have 2 sign-in options:

• Enter a one-time passcode that will have sent to your email
• Sign in with a password instead

If you choose the passcode option, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email to manage your orders.

This allows you to easily manage your subscription and access your account in the way that suits you best.
