How can I update my personal details on my Juice Plus+ account?Updated 3 months ago
To update your preferred shipping details on your account, simply:
- Log in to your Juice Plus+ account
- Click on ‘Addresses’
- Add, edit, or remove an address
Please note: Updating your details under ‘Addresses’ does not automatically update the shipping address for your existing subscriptions. To avoid delivery issues, you must open each subscription number and update the shipping address individually.
Please note that it's currently not possible to change the account holder’s name or the email address associated with your account. To update this information, please Contact our Customer Service team.
