How do I change my delivery address with Juice Plus+?Updated 3 months ago

Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a confirmation email, the delivery address cannot be changed. If the parcel is already in transit with an incorrect address, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

For future orders, please log in to your customer account and update your shipping address by following these steps:

  • Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
  • Select the subscription type (Card, SEPA Direct Debit, Bank transfer)
  • Click on your subscription number → ‘More’ → and then ‘Edit shipping address’.

Alternatively, contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. Please make sure that you have your customer ID and order number ready.

Please note that changing the address under the section Addresses doesn’t automatically update the shipping address for existing subscriptions. 

You’ll also receive a pre-shipment notification 10 days before your next delivery, giving you time to update your shipping address or payment method if needed.

For UK customers only:
 If your order is already on its way, you may still be able to update the delivery address within mainland UK. You have two options:
