Because your Back Office is linked to your Customer Account, you will need to go through the “Forgot your password” procedure from the login page of Juice Plus+ website. To do so:
- Simply go to the login page and enter the email address used when placing the order or creating your account
- Click “Log In”, then select “Sign in with Password instead”
- Choose “Forgot your password” below the password entry field
- You will then receive an email with instructions to set a new password
Once you’ve followed the steps in the email, you’ll be able to create a new password and access your account.
