How do I update my Partner Bank Account details?Updated 3 days ago

Your bank details can be updated directly through your Back Office. To update your information, please follow the instructions below:

  • Login to your Back Office and go to the “Settings” page.
  • Click “Edit” to access all editable fields. For security reasons, your current bank details will appear in a masked format (meaning you will not be able to view your existing banking details).
  • Enter your new bank details and click “Continue.”
  • A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address associated to your Partner Account.
  • Return to your Back Office and enter the code in the verification field.

Once the update is completed successfully, you will see the confirmation message “Your information was updated successfully.”
