Can I change the name on a Juice Plus+ order?Updated 2 months ago
We recommend that each customer only place orders using their own personal account and avoid ordering on behalf of someone else or shipping to another person.
However, if you’ve made a typo in the name of the recipient in the shipping address, you can easily correct it for future shipments within the same subscription.
To update the shipping name:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
- Select your subscription type (Card, SEPA Direct Debit, or Bank Transfer).
- Click on your subscription number, then choose ‘More’, and then ‘Edit shipping address’.
This change will apply to all upcoming orders under that subscription.
