Can I delay the upcoming shipment?Updated 3 months ago

Yes, you can delay your next shipment at any time. Please note that if you are on a payment plan, any remaining instalments must still be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Your next shipment will only be processed once the outstanding balance has been completed.

To delay your next shipment, simply:

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
  • Select the subscription type (Card, SEPA Direct Debit, or Bank Transfer)
  • Click your subscription number
  • Select Reschedule’ to change the next ship date within the next 6 months.

Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team, making sure you have your customer ID and order number ready.

If your next shipment is scheduled to be processed within 24 hours, you will not be able to delay the shipment online. In this case, your best options are to either:

  • Call our Customer Service Team at +44 1628 361251 for immediate assistance.
  • Cancel your current subscription and resubscribe when you are ready for a new shipment to be sent.
