Yes, you can expedite your next shipment at any time. Please note that if you are on a payment plan, any remaining instalments must still be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Your next shipment will only be processed once the outstanding balance has been settled.
To expedite your next shipment, simply:
- Log in to your customer account
- Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
- Select the subscription type (Card, SEPA Direct Debit, or Bank Transfer)
- Click on the subscription number
- Click ‘Reschedule’ to select a preferred shipment date
