How can I retry a failed payment?Updated 2 months ago

For subscription orders paid by card, please note that our system will automatically retry any failed payments for up to 30 days from the original due date. 

If you’d like to retry a payment manually or for payment failures requiring updated bank account details, please reach out to our Customer Care team so you can update your payment information and retry the payment.

For other types of payment failures (such as those requiring updated bank account details), please reach out to our Customer Care team so you can update your payment information and retry the payment.
