How can I update payment information?Updated 2 months ago

To update your Juice Plus+ payment information:

• Log in to your customer account
• Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
• Select the subscription type (Card or Bank Transfer)
• Click on your subscription number, click ‘More’, and then ‘Edit Payment Information’ to update your payment details for upcoming instalments/shipments.

You will have two options:

• Add a new payment method (an email with a secure weblink to add a new payment method will be sent to you);
• Or select an existing payment method that is already associated with your customer account.

Please note that these changes will apply to all subscriptions using the same payment method. Any subscriptions using a different payment method must be updated separately.
