I have placed a Juice Plus+ order and selected ‘bank transfer’ as a payment method. Why has the order not been shipped yet?Updated 3 months ago

If you selected bank transfer as your payment method, your order will only be shipped once the funds have been received and matched to your order.

Key things to know:

  • Bank transfers typically take 2–5 business days to reach and be credited to your order.
  • Your order cannot be dispatched until the payment is successfully applied.

If more than four (4) business days have passed and the payment still hasn’t been credited:

  • Contact our Customer Care Team by email at [email protected] using the email address registered on your account.
  • Include a screenshot of your bank transfer that clearly shows:
    • Date of the transfer
    • Amount sent
    • Your full name
    • The account number you transferred funds to
    • The payment reference used

Providing these details helps us locate your payment and release your order faster.
