Why have I been charged again for my order?Updated 2 months ago

You may have been charged again because your order is set up as a recurring subscription, rather than a one-time purchase. This can happen in a few situations:

  • You selected the instalment plan option: After the initial 4-month instalment period ends, a new subscription cycle begins automatically. This includes a new charge and a new shipment.
  • You paid in full but chose a recurring subscription: Pay-in-full subscriptions renew every four months, and a new shipment is sent at each renewal.

*Please note: Superfood Powder (30 servings) and Luminate (15- and 30-servings) can be purchased with the “Pay in Full” option, with deliveries scheduled every month.

To check your subscription status, please access your order confirmation email or log in to your Juice Plus+ account and review the Subscription section.
